Outpatient

Outpatient services are on the lower end of the spectrum of rehab services with regards to intensity of care, since the individual is able to maintain their lifestyle in many ways without the commitment of having to be in a rehabilitation center while receiving rehabilitation services. Even though this may appear ideal it might not provide the required change of surroundings than many people in rehab require to experience a productive rehabilitation.

Spanish

Not all drug and alcohol rehab centers possess the staff or wherewithal to cater to the requirements of Spanish speaking clientele, but luckily there are more and more programs that will do so because the need for Spanish services is higher than any other time. Counselling, study information and stuff like that are now frequently accessible in Spanish in both short and long terms centers which provide inpatient or residential treatment and outpatient Spanish rehabilitation is also available nationwide.

Medicaid

Some rehabilitation programs will take Medicaid in the event the individual is not able to self pay or present some other type of private medical insurance. Medicaid may only pay for outpatient and short-term rehab inside a limited amount of programs, and in this instance individuals may choose to investigate the self pay option and come up with up any resources they can to fund a more quality treatment program which will get better results, like a long-term residential drug rehab center.

State Financed Insurance (Other Than Medicaid)

State financed insurance other than Medicaid may be used to cover the costs of alcohol and drug rehab if other kinds of insurance or self payment aren't an option. If someone doesn't have private insurance and doesn't yet know if they might qualify for state insurance, they can consult their Social Services office within their area to ascertain if they are and then apply. Most state financed insurance will cover both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, but usually only in the state which offers the insurance plan.

Private Health Insurance

Depending on which program you are covered by, all private health insurance plans typically cover some type of alcohol and drug rehabilitation service including outpatient rehabilitation to inpatient or residential drug rehab centers. Individuals may have to take part in an alcohol and drug treatment facility which is inside their network of providers and there could be other limitations such as the length of time their stay in rehab is covered. Individuals can select a quality program they prefer and speak with a rehab specialist to determine if their insurance will take care of it.
