In February 2014, Rhode Island's health department reported an increase in accidental overdose deaths associated with the use of fentanyl. There were 27 overdose deaths in the state in January, 18 in January 2013 and 15 each in January 2012 and 2011. Two additional fatal overdoses have been reported so far this month.
In the first 6 months of 2013, 297 items/exhibits were identified as fentanyl by law enforcement forensic laboratories.
Many methadone deaths involve people who just go to sleep at night and never wake up.

Self Payment

Self Payment is required when someone's insurance won't cover the total cost of rehab or will only pay for some of it.
